Massive G-ROC Island

Szolyd has recently installed a new G-ROC island for Christopher Developments.

These massive G-ROC pieces utilized over 400kg of recycled plate glass.

The glass was recovered from Metro Waste Paper Recovery Inc, and taken to Szolyd’s esquimalt location, where it was crushed, screened, cleaned and ready for batching.

This project is a perfect example of how a concept evolves from an idea, to working drawings, to a successful installation.

Szolyd Developments custom precast concrete design and manufacturing is excited to showcase G-ROC as a highly sustainable product that can be utilized to create sophisticated designs with little environmental impact.
