Vancouver latest ductal concrete art for Station Square

Here is a little glimpse into the design and milling process of our latest UHPC public art project designed by Matthew Soules – Station Square. These vibrant red Ductal concrete seats and benches are to be installed at Anthem Properties latest Metrotown project in Burnaby, BC. http://www.stationsquare.ca

So far the bench has been milled out of multiple mdf components and fit together. The unit is being sanded and primed, the mold is to begin next week. This is a perfect example of a progressive shape that fully utilizes the best qualities of UHPC concrete.
